Concouring 2 Milestones

This week Madden concoured two huge things.....Sitting in a highchair when at a resturant and Standing up all on his own. He is so strong and so much more advanced for his age...its just crazy! My little baby is growing up so fast!

I Knew He Was Tall...

So on Tuesday I took McCoy to the doctor for a checkup, the doctor of course did all the measurments. She then informed me that McCoy is in the 86% isle for height! and that he is about the average height of a 3 1/2 year old. Wow! I knew he was a lot taller than most 2 year olds.....but I didn't know he was this tall!

This year for Matt's grandmas 70th birthday, all of us girls in the family rented a cabin up near McCall for a little girls retreat! We had a ton of fun, minus the fact that all of the family pretty much got sick while we were there....except us! We were oh so fortunate enough to get it the week before we went up! But all in all we got to eat great food, talk, playcards, make pajama pants, and go to the goldfork hotsprings! I definately hope we will get to go back again soon! And next time hopefully there wont be so many sickies...and not as much rain!

The Big Nasty Hillclimb....Or the "big nasty ass" to McCoy

After Matt got off work one night we decided to go out to the Big Nasty Hillclimb. McCoy was so excited! he absolutly loves motorcycles and is such a boy! We took both the boys and thankfully Matt's dad had his camper out there, and Madden got to stay inside the nice warm camper while we took his big brother out to see the action! McCoy is so funny and his lil 2 yr old vocab. is hilarious as well.... He recently started to inform me that he has a "nasty ass" when his diaper is dirty.....Therefor when we told him we were at The Big Nasty Hillclimb... He put 2 and 2 together!

Sept 12. my great grandpa turned 90, so all of my family was in town. It was so awesome to see some of the family we have not seen in forever! And a lot of them got to meet Mad and Mac in person for the first time!

I can't believe Matt and I's nephew Ryder just turned 1 on Sept 6! He is getting to be such a big boy! McCoy, Madden , Matt, and I had a ton of fun at his parties! The boys just absolutly love playing with him....and I am just so thankful that Katie and I are pretty close, and so are the Boys! It is nice to have all these babies so close together!

Wednesday McCoy went to preschool for the first time. I think he enjoyed it! He loves being social and what can I say Rainy is his "favorite girl" to play with, and they are in the same class! I am so excited to see what he learns! For the first day of school we had to help them draw themselves on a poster board.... so Matt and I traced Madden on the poster, and had McCoy color it in, while we added details of course!

Madden had his first injury since being on the go..... I feel so aweful. He was crawling around and he went to turn and flip over and bonked his head right on the corner! I took these pictures right after it happened so it looks a lot worse than it really is. I just cant help but feel terrible when i look at him. But, thats what happens when they start to explore! My poor poor baby boy!
